How to be Eco Friendly

No, you don’t have to be vegan! Not only is this often inaccessible to people with history of eating disorders or those with allergies, it is not the solution. Yes, it is a great way to reduce your personal carbon footprint, and we all need to eat less meat, but that doesn’t mean you have to be 100% vegan 100% of the time. Trying to limit high carbon activities is better than not! No matter what, don’t shame or guilt yourself for not being perfectly environmental. Especially if you are disabled, our systems make it very difficult to choose the friendliest option, and spending time dismantling these systems is far more worthwhile than beating yourself up for struggling within them! I hope these tips help you find new and accessible ways to be eco friendly, and remember, together we CAN brew a new reali-tea!
